LaEisha Howard is an author, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, leadership coach, and C-Suite Executive. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, she is passionate about empowering individuals to shape how they see themselves by facilitating and teaching self-compassion and compassionate leadership. LaEisha has been categorized by her peers and clients as a visionary thought-leader. Because of her motivational spirit, she has been sought after by those wanting to push beyond their boundaries and reach their highest potential by ensuring individuals understand the importance of centering well-being and how to grow personally, and professionally.
LaEisha is the CEO and Founder of 1214 Collective HR Consulting, and a Executive Director for a non-profit based in WA State. LaEisha is a columnist for 425 Magazine and former 425 Magazine Women to Watch 2020 and 2022. She speaks to audiences on various topics such as effective leadership, organizational culture and well-being, professional development, managing workplace conflict, and navigating grief. She is a mental health and wellness advocate raising awareness on the impact of mental health among youth, athletes, and communities of color.
Her #FillYourTank workshops and books aim to provide tools for personal and professional growth through mindfulness and well-being. LaEisha served on the board for Threads of Change as the president and co-founder from 2017 - 2024. Threads of Change was a grassroots non-profit organization committed to providing new clothing and shoes to underrepresented youth 12-18 in King County, WA. LaEisha is a proud mom of one, enjoys running, hiking, reading, travel, cooking, and hosting dinners for family and friends.
