LaEisha Howard is an accomplished author, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, leadership coach, and C-suite executive with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. As a passionate advocate for self-compassion and compassionate leadership, LaEisha empowers individuals to reshape how they see themselves—personally and professionally. Recognized by peers and clients as a visionary thought-leader, she inspires those seeking to break barriers and reach their highest potential by centering well-being as the foundation for growth.

LaEisha is the CEO and Founder of 1214 Collective HR Consulting and currently serves as an Executive Director for a nonprofit in Washington State. She is a columnist for 425 Magazine and was named one of 425 Magazine’s Women to Watch in both 2020 and 2022. A dynamic and insightful speaker, LaEisha addresses audiences on topics including effective leadership, organizational culture and well-being, professional development, managing workplace conflict, and navigating grief. A dedicated community leader and healing-centered practitioner, LaEisha brings a powerful blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and heartfelt leadership. Her #FillYourTank workshops and books equip individuals with practical tools for personal and professional growth through mindfulness, intentionality, and self-care.

Deeply committed to mental health and wellness, LaEisha is a tireless advocate for youth, athletes, and communities of color. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Organization for Prostitution Survivors (OPS), supporting the empowerment and healing of survivors. Additionally, she contributes to the King County Search and Rescue Association (KCSARA) Care Team, facilitating focus groups that promote resilience and emotional support for search and rescue volunteers who face high-stress and trauma-filled situations. LaEisha previously served as president and co-founder of Threads of Change, a grassroots nonprofit that provided new clothing and shoes to underserved youth in King County from 2017 to 2024.

LaEisha is a proud mom who loves cheering on her daughter at professional soccer games, an avid runner and hiker, and someone who finds joy in cooking and hosting gatherings with loved ones..
